🍒 order processing

any order for products in stock will take 2-7 days to process. you’ll get an email when your order is confirmed, shipped (with tracking number) and arrived! please check the spam folder if you didn’t receive any email after ordering!!

please double check your address before placing order to ensure safe delivery! if there’s any mistakes with the order (e.g. wrong address or item quantity), contact me within 24 hours of ordering and i will help fix the issues, after this time the order may have been processed and cannot be changed.

🍒 shipping info

all shipment will be shipped from hong kong.

all international shipment will be delivered thru Hongkong Post (e-Express+ service) which offers more affordable shipping fees. due to Hongkong Post’s policy, shipping to the USA is not available atm, i'll explore more shipping couriers in the future and update if anything opens up!!

for SF Express, the shipping rates charged is for home delivery so please enter your home address instead of store or pickup point address.

*mail to these locations may need additional conveyance time since they may be transited via other postal administrations according to Hongkong Post.

🍒 duties & taxes

any additional tax charges (e.g. customs duty / import tax / VAT…) that may apply in your country will NOT be charged at checkout. these fees will be the customer’s responsibility when the package is going thru customs clearance or when reaching your local post office.

🍒 damaged or missing mail

once the order is shipped i’ll not be responsible for any shipping errors caused by postal handling, but you can still contact me if there’s any concerns and i will try my best to assist!

if any unclaimed packages is returned to me, i will resend the package but the reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

🍒 refunds & returns

all sales are final. refunds/returns/exchanges after the order is fulfilled will not be accepted.

for EU customers

in compliance with the EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days post delivery thru this form:

1. if the package has not been shipped, i will process a full refund within 48 hours

2. if the package has already been sent out, i’ll hold the refund until your package has arrived so you can send it back to my return address. with proof of return, i’ll process the refund fully, please note the return shipping fee should be covered by you
