all packages will be shipped from hong kong.

United States

all US orders will be delivered thru private courier (Fuuffy - EconomiQ standard) with tracking provided. packages will be processed in a batch and sent on every monday.

rates: HKD$170 ≈ 22 USD

duration: 8 - 14 days

duties and taxes are included in the product prices so there should be no additional charges at checkout and upon delivery. please contact me if there are unexpected fees of such kind, i’ll look into it and reimburse you.

Other regions

any additional tax charges (e.g. customs duty / import tax / VAT…) that may apply in your country is NOT included in product prices and will NOT be charged at checkout. these fees will be the customer’s responsibility when the package is going thru customs clearance or when reaching your local post office.

🍒 order processing

any order for products in stock will take 2-7 days to process. you’ll get an email when your order is confirmed and shipped (with tracking number)! please check the spam folder if you didn’t receive any email after ordering!!

please double check your address before placing order to ensure safe and accurate delivery! if there’s any mistakes with the order (e.g. wrong address or item quantity), contact me within 24 hours of ordering and i will help fix the issues, after this time the order may have been processed and cannot be changed.

🍒 damaged or missing mail

once the order is shipped i’ll not be responsible for any shipping errors caused by postal handling, but you can still contact me if there’s any concerns and i will try my best to assist!

if any unclaimed packages is returned to me, i will resend the package but the reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

🍒 refunds & returns

all sales are final. refunds/returns/exchanges after the order is fulfilled (i.e. when the package has been dropped off for shipping) will not be accepted.
